This passage " The Allegory of the Cave" written by The Republic, is about human beings living underground in a den since childhood. The only thing they can see is just the shadows of figures and statues and name them by the shape of the shadows. Later when they got released out of the underground, they were ask the by the instructor to point the passing objects and name them. 1. Hi Zafrin. Its Nicole and I just read you summary of the Allegory of the Cave. The first Thing I noticed was the Length of the Summary. Definitely needed to be a bit longer. The Main idea is somewhat stated but you neglected to mention you own opinion and talk about the illusion vs. Reality. You didn't mention any of that. YES all they saw was shadows their whole lives but what happened when they were released into the world they know nothing of? Work on this one more time.

  2. Hello Zafrian, thank you both for your comments especially the proof reading suggestion. After re-reading my summary I noticed that I do need to make some adjustments concerning grammar. However, I did not see any spelling errors.

Im a little perplexed by some of your comments. Could you please clarify what you mean by:
    1. summary is broken down into to many details.
    2. some unimportant ideas are excluted as well.
    3. a little bit of personal opinion included.

Again thank you for the help and good luck to you as well.
